2010 Snow Emergency Towing Reimbursement Request

Important Notice:
Claims will be accepted through June 30, 2011.
Please do not delay.

The New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs will accept claims for reimbursement of reasonable towing fees from motorists stranded on designated New Jersey roadways during the declared state of emergency in late December.

The eligibility requirements are listed below. Based on your response, you will be linked to the appropriate section to submit your form and supporting documentation. Please note that your answers to the eligibility questions below will be verified with towing records maintained by the New Jersey Division of State Police.

Please Check Each Box That Applies
My vehicle was towed during the declared state of emergency between Sunday, December 26, 2010 at 3:00 p.m. and Monday, December 27, 2010 at 9:00 p.m.
My vehicle was towed from a New Jersey roadway designated as a state highway, interstate highway, Garden State Parkway, New Jersey Turnpike or Atlantic City Expressway.

Note: Unreasonable towing fees will be investigated by
the Division of Consumer Affairs.
