A Legislation

It is requested by the Division Director's office that the Board review the following bill and advise if a position is taken.

1 S-1805 - Permits removal of State board, commission or independent authority member for failure to attend three consecutive meetings thereof without good cause.

2 S-1815 - Requires legal action against certain licensed persons to be brought within two years.

B Information

1 Copy of an e-mail from CLARB regarding the May 2008 Member Board E-News is attached for Committee’s information.

2 Copy of an e-mail from CLARB regarding the proposed changes to the Accreditation Standards for Landscape Architectural Degree Programs is attached for Committee’s information.

C Correspondence

Copy of a letter dated May 18, 2008 from Anthony Beliaeff, AS000381, advising that he has earned 15 of the 24 continuing education credits for the 2008/2010 renewal period and requesting a waiver for the remaining 9 continuing education credits due to illness is attached for the Committee’s review.
