Verbal Verifications
If you only need verbal verification of licensee status,
and if you are verifying three or fewer licensees,
please call the Board office at 609-826-7100. A customer
service representative will provide the information.
Automated Verifications
If you need verification of a larger number
of licenses, you can take advantage of our
Automated Verification System. Verbal and faxed-back
verification of license status - including any public
discipline - may be obtained by calling the Automated
Interactive Voice Recognition line at 973-273-8090.
You must have the licensee’s license number when
you call.
Written Verifications
If you need written verification of a licensee’s
status, either write or fax the Board at:
