Proposed Regulation – Division of Consumer Affairs
NEWARK – The New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs has proposed to readopt regulations for the Office of Weights and Measures.
The regulations at N.J.A.C. 13:47G establish standards for farm product containers. These regulations are scheduled to expire on July 29, 2025. The Office of Weights and Measures proposes to readopt the regulations without change.
