Proposed Regulation – State Board of Real Estate Appraisers
NEWARK – The State Board of Real Estate Appraisers is proposing to amend its rules to comply with recommendations made to the Board by the Appraisal Subcommittee (ASC) of the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council concerning the qualifications for supervising appraisers and the continuing education requirements for trainee real property appraisers.
