Proposed Regulation – Board of Medical Examiners

NEWARK – The New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs has proposed to repeal Board of Medical Examiner regulations which have been deemed to be no longer necessary and which could be seen as impeding responsible economic development.

The regulations proposed for repeal establish standards for eye examinations, standards and tolerances for optical lenses, and standards for the prescription, administration or dispensing of amygdalin.

The proposed regulation, and information on how to submit a comment by October 20, 2017, can be viewed here.
