Proposed Regulation – New Jersey State Board of Cosmetology and Hairstyling
NEWARK – The New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs has proposed amendments and new rules addressing barbers' ability to obtain a plenary cosmetology license and the rules addressing shaving courses offered to beauticians. There are also technical amendments proposed to the curricula for cosmetology and hairstyling, beauty culture, barbering, and teacher-training courses.
