Proposed Regulation – Office of Weights and Measures
NEWARK – The New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs has proposed amendments, new rules and repeals to regulations on the method of sale of general commodities and commodities in package form. The proposed amendments, new rules and repeals update the regulations to nationally-recognized standards from the National Institute of Standards and Technology.
