downloaded at no charge. Please visit our
verification website to download a licensee list by profession.
A standard list, which includes the entire database of professional licensees can be
downloaded for free at:

The Division does not provide mailing labels for license lists.

Custom Lists
- Delivery of Custom Lists are no longer provided by email.
- All Custom Lists are provided on computer CD’s and are delivered via U.P.S. Ground.
- Please allow approximately six (6) weeks from receipt of your order with payment, for your request to be delivered.
- The Custom Lists are individual lists. These lists are available in Excel or ASCII tab-delimited.
- These Custom Lists are the
same information that can be downloaded for
free at our
verification website or
standard files list.

The price for a Custom List is $55.00
($50.00 for the CD, plus $5.00 for Delivery) provided that programming time does not exceed one hour. Most custom lists can be generated within one (1) hour. Since the programming time will vary per custom request, a member of the Division’s Management Information Systems Team will contact you to assist with your order and the price of the order.
