Proposes Regulation – N.J. State Board of Marriage and Family Therapy Examiners; Professional Counselor Examiners Committee


NEWARK – The New Jersey State Board of Marriage and Family Therapy Examiners, (Board) as recommended by the Professional Counselor Examiners Committee (Committee) has proposed amendments to the requirements for qualified supervisors and continuing education, maintaining confidentiality for patients who are minors, and to specify the scope of a custody/parenting time evaluation.
