Proposed Regulation – Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission

NEWARK – The Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission has proposed amendments to regulations governing electronic card minding devices for bingo games and tickets for instant raffle games.

Existing regulations require players using electronic card minding devices for bingo games to input each number or symbol called during a bingo game through separate and distinct actions.  The proposed amendments would delete this requirement.  The proposed amendments would also increase the number of tickets that may be issued in an instant raffle game to 10,000 tickets.

The proposed amendments and information on how to submit a comment by October 18, 2019, can be viewed on the Division of Consumer Affairs’ website here.
