Proposed Regulation – Home Improvement Contractors

NEWARK – The New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs has proposed amendments and new rules incorporating statutory requirements that home improvement contractors display State-issued identification badges when performing or engaging in or attempting to engage in the business of selling home improvements (including home elevations) in the State.
