Public Comment Period Extended
for Proposed Regulation – New Jersey State Board of Architects


 

NEWARK –The New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs is extending the comment period for proposed amendments and new rules of the State Board of Architects, concerning the use of digital signatures and seals by architects and landscape architects.

The Division is extending the comment period on the proposed amendments and new rules, which appeared in the New Jersey Register on October 3, 2016, in order to ensure that adequate notice of, and opportunity to comment on the Board’s intended rulemaking actions has been provided, consistent with the requirements of the Administrative Procedures Act, N.J.S.A. 52:14B-1 et seq.
