Take notice that the New Jersey State Board of Dentistry (Board) is reviewing its advertising rules at N.J.A.C. 13:30-6 to delete unnecessary or unreasonable rules and to clarify existing provisions, and is soliciting input from the regulated community and the general public. In particular, the Board is seeking comments as to the level of education, training, and examinations needed to qualify to announce a practice in a special area of dentistry, and the use of the internet, social media, and groupbuying sites to advertise.
