The Board consists of 10 members, appointed by the Governor, with the advice and consent of the Senate. Five members are industry members. Two members represent the public and have no association with the business of cemeteries. One member is a representative of the Commissioner of Community Affairs, one is a designee of the Attorney General and one is a designee of the Commissioner of Health and Senior Services.
