Page Content x Alert Important Notice: Carrier and Pharmacy Services Administrative Organization (PSAO) Reporting – Deadline Extension The Drug Affordability Unit within the Division of Consumer Affairs has extended the reporting deadline for carriers and pharmacy services administrative organizations (PSAOs) in accordance with P.L. 2023, c.106. The new submission deadline is March 15, 2025. Please note that all reports must include data covering the full reporting period, which is the 2024 calendar year. To comply, use the templates available under the Data Collection Manual tab on the Drug Affordability Unit’s website and complete the designated Carrier and PSAO Reporting hyperlink. All completed templates should be submitted to DAU@dca.njoag.gov. If your submission contains sensitive or proprietary information, please use encrypted email when contacting the Drug Affordability Unit.
