Proposed Regulation – State Real Estate Appraiser Board

NEWARK – The State Real Estate Appraiser Board has proposed amendments and new rules to implement the Appraisal Management Company Act.  

The proposal implements P.L. 2017, c. 72, which establishes registration requirements for real estate appraisal management companies (AMCs) that employ, contract, retain, or otherwise utilize the services of licensed and certified real estate appraisers to provide appraisal services in New Jersey.
