Proposed Regulation – Board of Pharmacy
NEWARK – The Board of Pharmacy has proposed to amend the labeling requirements to require that the container for any prescription opioid medication dispensed in the State include a warning sticker describing the risks of opioid medications. The proposed regulation, and information on how to submit a comment by June 4, 2021 can be viewed here.
