Proposed Regulation – Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission

NEWARK – The Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission has proposed amendments to regulations on the maximum fee that can be charged for an amusement game.

The Commission is required to establish the maximum fee that can be charged to play an amusement game. N.J.A.C. 13:3-3.4 sets this fee at $10.00. The proposed amendments would raise this fee to $20.00.

The proposed amendments, and information on how to submit a comment by July 1, 2022, can be viewed here.
