Proposed Regulation – Board of Medical Examiners

NEWARK – The State Board of Medical Examiners (the Board) has proposed amendments regarding continuing education requirements for physicians and podiatrists. 

The proposal effectuates P.L. 2010, c. 89 which permits the Board to recognize volunteer medical services as satisfying up to ten percent of the continuing education hours required in order to renew a license as a physician or podiatrist.
