Proposed Regulation – Board of Nursing

NEWARK – The New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs has proposed amendments to the education standards for forensic nurse – certified sexual assault (FN-CSA). The proposal would delete provisions that set forth specific areas for education programs and clinical education for FN-CSAs and would replace them with requirements that programs conform to International Association of Forensic Nurses requirements.

The proposed repeal, and information on how to submit a comment by August 5, 2016, can be viewed here.
