Proposed Regulation – Board of Nursing
NEWARK – The New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs has proposed the repeal of a rule allowing applicants for advanced practice nurse certification to practice, with certain restrictions, prior to passing the certification examination. The proposal would disallow applicants to obtain work permit letters prior to certification. The proposed repeal, and information on how to submit a comment by August 5, 2016, can be viewed at here.
