Proposed Regulation – Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology Advisory Committee

NEWARK – The New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs has proposed amendments to the standards for the allocation of credit for audiology and speech-language pathology continuing education.

The proposal recognizes that the Accreditation Commission for Audiology Education (ACAE) accredits colleges and universities which offer continuing education courses and recognizes that entities licensed by agencies of other states may provide in-service workshops which qualify for continuing education credits.

The proposed regulation, and information on how to submit a comment by September 3, 2016, can be viewed at: http://www.njconsumeraffairs.gov/Proposals/Pages/06202016-Audiology-Proposal.aspx
