Proposed Regulation – Board of Pharmacy
NEWARK – The Board of Pharmacy has proposed amendments to regulations regarding continuing education requirements for pharmacists. The proposal precludes a pharmacist from seeking Board approval for continuing education credit for attendance at a program or course that is not offered by an American Council of Pharmaceutical Education (ACPE)-approved provider or that has not been pre-approved by the Board.
