Proposed Regulation - New Jersey State Board of Respiratory Care
NEWARK - The Board of Respiratory Care is proposing repeals and new rules to implement P.L. 2013, c. 182, which became effective on July 1, 2014. The law modifies the reinstatement and reactivation requirements for professional or occupational licensees. The Board is also proposing amendments to correct terminology, update rules, and codify current standards of practice and licensure requirements.
