Proposed Regulation – Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission
NEWARK – The Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission has proposed amendments to regulations for calendar raffles. Existing regulations require a calendar raffle to award prizes for a period of at least three months. The proposed amendments would reduce this period to one month. The proposed amendments and information on how to submit a comment by October 18, 2019, can be viewed on the Division of Consumer Affairs’ website here. ### |
