Proposed Regulation – Board of Nursing

NEWARK – The New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs has proposed amendments to regulations regarding continuing education for advanced practice nurses.

P.L. 2011, c. 145 requires advanced practice nurses to complete at least two credits of continuing education in end-of-life care every biennial renewal period.  The proposal effectuates this statutory provision.

The proposed amendments, and information on how to submit a comment by November 17, 2017, can be viewed here.
