Pre-Proposal – Board of Examiners of Electrical Contractors
NEWARK - The State Board of Examiners of Electrical Contractors is soliciting comments regarding rules, or an exemption therefrom, for power over the Ethernet (POE). The Board invites comment on whether the Board should exempt from licensure and business permit requirements the installation or integration of POE, and, if so, any suggested rule language to establish such an exemption.
