Proposed Regulation – Board of Medical Examiners
NEWARK – The Board of Medical Examiners has proposed a new rule addressing the procedures that a physician may permit a licensed radiologist assistant to perform. The law permits licensed radiologist assistants to perform delegated procedures under the supervision of licensed physicians. The proposal sets forth the procedures that a licensed radiologist may direct a radiologist assistant to perform. The proposed new rule, and information on how to submit a comment by February 4, 2022, can be viewed
