Proposed Regulation – Division of Consumer Affairs
NEWARK – The New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs has proposed amendments to rules on provisional accreditation for nursing education programs. Among other things, the proposal requires nursing education programs on provisional accreditation to have 75 percent of graduates who take the licensing examination in a calendar year pass the examination the first time they take it, in order for the program to become accredited.
