Proposed Regulation – Division of Consumer Affairs
NEWARK – The New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs has proposed amendments governing financial reports for registered charitable organizations. The proposal clarifies that charitable organizations must continue to include in their financial reports to the Division information about their significant contributors, which they have previously been required to report to the Division and the Internal Revenue Service, notwithstanding changes in the reporting required by the Internal Revenue Service.
The proposed amendments, and information on how to submit a comment by February 15, 2019, can be viewed
here. ### |
