NOTICE The Regulated Business Section will begin rolling out a new online portal for applications, renewals, and updates to licenses and/or registrations. The following three (3) groups of registrations are now LIVE:
- Health Clubs
- Telemarketers
- Ticket Agencies

Any person operating in the State of New Jersey involved in the business of reselling tickets of admission to places of entertainment and who charges a premium in excess of the price plus taxes printed on the tickets must be registered as ticket broker with the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs.
